Our biggest concern is always protecting the integrity of your data and ensuring that every kit we fulfill meets the accuracy and traceability standards required for healthcare and diagnostic programs. We do not fulfill kits that we have not assembled with a controlled kit ID inside. Unique ID accuracy is our number one priority, and any workflow that introduces risk to that accuracy is something we evaluate very carefully.

We have spent years developing our quality system, and every new requirement is reviewed against that framework. If a request introduces risk to ID accuracy, traceability, or compliance, we surface that concern early and work with you to design a safer, more controlled approach.

We are also transparent about current operational boundaries—such as Saturday fulfillment or specific API reporting capabilities—so you can make informed decisions about how and when to scale with us.
