Yes. Orders can be edited or cancelled in real time as long as they have not yet been released to fulfillment. This includes address corrections, shipment holds, and full cancellations. These changes can be made through agreed-upon workflows or API integrations, ensuring that only valid, up‑to‑date orders move into picking and packing.
